Ms. Tamhara De La Rosa: Office Manager

Hello! My name is Tamhara De la Rosa, and I am originally from Mexico. I have dedicated 20 years to education, and I truly believe that teaching is much more than a profession. I do not simply work in education. I live its purpose every day. I believe that education is the foundation of a successful life, and helping others learn, grow, and thrive is the mission of my heart. Throughout my career, I have been inspired by the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of students and to help them build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed. Watching students overcome challenges, reach their goals, and realize their potential is what makes this work so meaningful and rewarding to me.

I am passionate about creating opportunities for students to learn and grow, and I am grateful for the privilege of spending my career doing work that I truly love. Supporting students as they develop into confident, capable individuals continues to be my greatest inspiration.

A fun fact about me is that I cannot start my day without a cup of coffee. Coffee is my fuel! Whether I am preparing for a busy day or tackling new challenges, a great cup of coffee helps keep me energized and ready to support those around me.

No solo trabajo en la educación; vivo su propósito cada día. Creo que la educación es la base de una vida exitosa, y ayudar a otros a aprender, crecer y prosperar es la misión de mi corazón. A lo largo de mi carrera, me ha inspirado la oportunidad de marcar una diferencia positiva en la vida de los estudiantes y ayudarlos a desarrollar los conocimientos, las habilidades y la confianza que necesitan para tener éxito. Un dato curioso sobre mí es que no puedo comenzar mi día sin una taza de café. ¡El café es mi combustible! Ya sea que me esté preparando para un día ocupado o enfrentando nuevos desafíos, una buena taza de café me ayuda a mantener la energía y estar lista para apoyar a quienes me rodean.

Ms. Villarreal: Assistant Office Manager

Hello! My name is Anna, and I am proud to serve as the Data Clerk at Diamond Hill Elementary School. I have been working with Fort Worth ISD since 2000 and have been part of the Diamond Hill Elementary family since 2001. What makes my role especially meaningful is that I grew up just a few streets away on Lulu Street and attended Diamond Hill as a student myself. Being able to give back to the same community that helped shape me is truly a privilege.

I love being in education because it allows me to support students, families, and staff while contributing to a school community that has played such an important role in my life. Seeing students learn, grow, and succeed each year is incredibly rewarding, and I take pride in helping create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Education is more than a job to me. It is an opportunity to make a difference in the community I call home.

A fun fact about me is that I am the proud mother of four wonderful children and grandmother of three grandchildren, all of whom have attended our amazing school. It brings me great joy to see multiple generations of my family connected to Diamond Hill Elementary, making this school a very special place in my heart.

He trabajado para Fort Worth ISD desde el año 2000 y he formado parte de la familia de Diamond Hill Elementary desde 2001. Lo que hace que mi trabajo sea aún más especial es que crecí a solo unas calles de la escuela, en la calle Lulu, y asistí a Diamond Hill cuando era estudiante. Poder retribuir a la misma comunidad que ayudó a formarme es un verdadero privilegio.

Me encanta trabajar en educación porque me permite apoyar a estudiantes, familias y personal escolar mientras contribuyo al éxito de una comunidad que ha sido tan importante en mi vida. Un dato curioso sobre mí es que soy la orgullosa madre de cuatro maravillosos hijos y abuela de tres nietos, quienes también han asistido a nuestra increíble escuela. Hello, my name is Tiana Hernandez. I recently graduated from Trimble Tech High School and will be attending Tarrant County College (TCC) in the fall of 2027 to pursue a degree in nursing.

I enjoy working in education because of the welcoming and supportive environment it provides. I love socializing with both staff and students, and building meaningful relationships within the school community. Being able to connect with others and develop strong bonds makes me feel at home and gives me a sense of belonging.

An interesting fact about me is that before graduating from high school, I earned certifications as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) and a Phlebotomist. These certifications allow me to work in hospital settings and have provided me with valuable experience as I prepare for a future career in healthcare.

I am excited to continue my educational journey while supporting and learning from the wonderful people in this community.

Hola, mi nombre es Tiana Hernandez. Recientemente me gradué de Trimble Tech High School y asistiré a Tarrant County College (TCC) en el otoño de 2027 para estudiar enfermería.

Disfruto trabajar en la educación debido al ambiente acogedor y positivo que ofrece. Me encanta convivir tanto con el personal como con los estudiantes, y construir relaciones significativas dentro de la comunidad escolar. Poder conectar con otras personas y desarrollar lazos fuertes me hace sentir como en casa y me brinda un gran sentido de pertenencia.

Un dato interesante sobre mí es que, antes de graduarme de la escuela secundaria, obtuve mis certificaciones como Técnica en Atención al Paciente (Patient Care Technician) y Flebotomista. Estas certificaciones me permiten trabajar en entornos hospitalarios y me han brindado una valiosa experiencia mientras me preparo para una futura carrera en el área de la salud.

Hello! My name is Nurse Diana Garcia, and I am proud to call Fort Worth, Texas my home. I graduated from Texas Christian University (TCU) and have been serving as a school nurse since 2015. I love being part of education because it gives me the opportunity to support the health and well-being of students, helping them feel their best so they can learn, grow, and succeed. Every day, I am grateful for the chance to care for students, build relationships with families, and contribute to a positive and healthy school environment.

Mrs. Becky Morbach: Librarian and Technology

Hello! My name is Becky Morbach, and I have dedicated more than 25 years to education. I spent 20 years as a classroom teacher and am now beginning my 6th year as a librarian. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping students discover the joy of learning and reading.

One of the things I love most about being in education is watching students develop a genuine love of reading. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student become completely immersed in a book, eager to keep turning pages and excited to find their next great read. I also enjoy seeing the connections students make between books and their own lives, experiences, and interests.

Many people know me for wearing bows every day and for always having a book nearby, but an interesting fact about me is that I studied Japanese for four years. My love of learning continues to inspire me both personally and professionally, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help students grow as readers every day.

¡Hola! Mi nombre es Becky Morbach y he dedicado más de 25 años a la educación. Pasé 20 años como maestra de salón de clases y ahora estoy comenzando mi sexto año como bibliotecaria escolar. A lo largo de mi carrera, he sentido una gran pasión por ayudar a los estudiantes a descubrir el placer de aprender y leer.

Una de las cosas que más me gusta de trabajar en educación es ver cómo los estudiantes desarrollan un verdadero amor por la lectura. No hay nada más gratificante que ver a un estudiante completamente atrapado por un libro, deseando seguir leyendo y emocionado por encontrar su próxima gran lectura. También disfruto ver las conexiones que los estudiantes hacen entre los libros y sus propias vidas, experiencias e intereses.

Muchas personas me conocen por usar moños todos los días y por estar siempre leyendo un libro, pero un dato interesante sobre mí es que estudié japonés durante cuatro años. Mi amor por el aprendizaje sigue inspirándome tanto en el ámbito personal como profesional, y me siento agradecida por tener la oportunidad de ayudar a los estudiantes a crecer como lectores todos los días.

Hello! My name is Shyleene Rosado, and I am originally from Puerto Rico. I have been working in education for 22 years, and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I love working with students because every child brings unique gifts, talents, and abilities to the classroom. Building positive relationships, encouraging students through challenges, and celebrating their successes are some of the most meaningful parts of my work. Knowing that I can make a positive difference in a student's life, even in a small way, inspires me each day and fuels my passion for education.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating a supportive and nurturing learning environment where students feel valued, encouraged, and empowered to reach their full potential. Watching children gain confidence, develop new skills, and discover their strengths is what makes teaching so fulfilling for me.

My passion for teaching began at a young age because my grandfather was a teacher. His dedication to education inspired me, and being an educator is something I have always loved and valued.

I enjoy helping students learn, grow, and reach their full potential each day. Building meaningful relationships with students and watching them succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
